1. "What you said you need" in two sentences, in their language.
2. "What I will do" as three to five numbered steps with plain outcomes.
3. "Timeline" as a short list of dates.
4. "Price" with the payment schedule.
5. "What I need from you" as a short list.
6. "Not included" as one or two lines.
7. A closing line with a single action, such as reply yes and I will send the deposit invoice.

CONSTRAINTS:
- Under 400 words total.
- No mission statements, no company background, no testimonials.
- Every step describes a result the client can see, not an activity I perform.
